I think that the "terms of use" are a little confusing. Do they really own all rights to the images? I wanted to know if it is legal to use some/parts of the images in art/objects to sell. For instance, say I wanted to make a handmade rubber stamp. I would photocopy the image, transfer the image onto a linoleum block and hand carve the detail. Hi Amazon ebooks are not available in my country so the only way I can get them would be downloading them through a proxy onto my pc and then transferring them to the kindle. We also don't have credit cards here so I can't buy books. (Not that I would if I had one!) And we don't have 3G or Edge here either. BUT I can still convert and transfer PDF files to the kindle, and that's all I want from it. (There are thousands of pdf stories in the public domain right?) So, should I go ahead and buy a Kindle?? I currently have XP with Outlook Express as my e-mail client. I purchased a new PC with Windows 7 and now have to transfer my e-mail to the new computer. Okay, first of all, I have the appropriate folders (addresses, e-mails) copied and on the desktop of the new PC ready to be transferred, that's not the problem. The problem is this. When you first set up Windows Live Mail, it asks if you already are signed up. I am, right? What about the password? I never had a password for OE as it was not web-based. Even though my e-mail address does not end with @live or @hotmail. My e-mail address was abc123@nbnet.nb.ca (not really, but domain is right), how will future e-mails get to me at this address? I have read all the forums, but not found what I am looking for. I think I need to be walked through this by someone who has done it before, not just someone who cuts and pastes an answer after googling it. more

I've already initiated the process of moving my domain names from one company to another, but it's said that it takes about 5 to 7 days and from what I've been able to find, that's standard. But why though?It's been a few days already (started the process on Sunday). I recall reading/hearing somewhere that it's not uncommon for it to take at least 5 days.
