Open Question: Spam: how do I stop messages from "me": spammers forging return address, using my email?
I use Gmail, I get an incredible amount of mail in Spam, from 'me', below is the info and advice from Google help, which I have followed by regularly forwarding the full header (spam) messages to the address they give. Meanwhile I am alarmed that the email address of my website is being used by spammers to send penis enlarging treatments:) CAN YOU HELP BY SUGGESTING A SOLUTION? Google's info and advice: There are messages in Spam from 'me.' One common tactic used by spammers is to send a message to a recipient, and fake the 'From:' field to contain the same address. Spammers hope that because the mail is sent 'from' your address, it will slip past our spam filters. But not so fast! Gmail authenticates all of our mail, so we know when a message wasn't actually sent by you. Because Gmail replaces your email address with 'me' when you look at lists of messages, you may see spam mail from 'me' in your Spam folder. All this indicates is that someone forged the return address on your messages to be your own email address. If we miss any messages, we ask you to report them by checking the box next to the unwanted message and clicking Report Spam at the top of your inbox, or by opening the message and clicking Report Spam at the top of the message. You can help stop spammers by also sending the full headers of these unlawful messages to the Federal Trade Commission at spam@uce.gov. REPORTING TO THE ABOVE HAS NOT DIMINISHED THE SPAM GOING OUT WITH MY FORGED ADDRESS, HELP! moreOpen Question: what are the parameters I should consider to start a transformer's manufacturing unit ?

It said it was a notification from Craigslist, so I opened the message. It was a whole thing about how my account was accessed by a "foreign IP address" or something like that, and it also said that they were maybe going to suspend my account unless I figure out what happened. I was confused by this, because I had never accessed it anywhere else. I then looked at the message information, and there were honestly about 100 CC's included as well. Also, I looked at the ACTUAL email address it came from, and it was from some website called gmx.com. I'm starting a small pet care business and I'm trying to promote it. I'm hoping for some help, because I'm kind of lost. First of all, I created a website and made some fliers and brochures. I passed some of those out. For the website, I tried to add it to yahoo and google, but it didn't work. And that was over a month ago. Does anyone know why it wouldn't have worked? And if anyone knows, can you give me instructions for what I was supposed to do, in case I just did it wrong? And I was wondering if there was a way to get a mailing list for a town. I'm located in Bradford, if someone can give me specific mailing information moreResolved Question: How do I get a Nevada driver's license with a car that's registered to someone else who lives out of state?
I moved to Las Vegas about seven months ago. I live here, I work here, I go to school here. I pay rent, utilites, list my home as my new permanent address, all that good stuff. I plan on living here for quite a few years. The problem is, my car is actually registered to and belongs to my mother. She purchased it for me to drive, but her name is on the title and registration. I do not make enough income to be put on as a secondary on the title/registration, seeing as she's still paying off the car. She has another two years before the car will be paid off, at which time she's going to transfer it to me. So, because of this, does this mean there is no way for me to get a driver's license? There have to be other people out here who live out here, but drive someone else's cars. Teenagers and the like perhaps? Any help at all would be greatly appreciated, as DMV's website is very confusing.Thank you everyone. I guess I was just confused, and thought that in order to have license here, your car also has to be registered and insured here. I am insured under my mother's insurance as the primary driver though, so that's not a problem. And the state it's registered in doesn't do inspections, so no worries there. moreOpen Question: Does anyone have an email address for Bell Canada accounts or customer service?

Use Vista Home Premium OS, IE7 browser Norton Security Realtime Malwarebytes, spybot, and windows defender as on demand scanners Seems when we go to Facebook website, as we log in and click through pages on there, sometimes a box will pop up looking like it is from Vista Windows saying “Internet explorer cannot open this page” Being wise, we close out the explore using windows task manager. Then when we click on IE7 to open it again, under history we will see some known bogus websites Example (I separated the link so nobody accidentally clicks on them) www. getsabout .com www. aboutadding .com these are all known websites that try to distribute rouge AV alerts Only seems to happen on Facebook and not every time and not when playing the games Questions: 1. So is this a Drive by download? 2. or a Browser redirect? 3. Is it something to do with My PC? Like something in the host files? ( but then wouldn’t it happen every time and every site, and every time we use the browser?) 4. Did some security function of IE7/Windows Vista stop anything from happening causing the message? 5. How can I block this? Should I just put the website names in my browser under Restricted site ( Tools>Internet Options>Security> Restricted sites)? Would that stop the interference from happening? Should I use the IP address rather than the website names? So here's the deal. I work for a family business, and there's this trashy website everyone in my small town likes to look at. There have been people speaking lies about our business, kind of helping out the new competition. I'm worried it's the competition speaking ill of us, so this is my question. The person who moderates this website (although they actually don't censor ANYTHING) has openly admitted that they can find out who (because most people just use the name anonymous) has posted a comment by looking at the registered name from the ip address. So are they lying, or can you do this? I only ask because I wanted to see who spoke the lies about us, so is it possible? And if so, how could you even find out their ip address? Added note: Please only answer if you can help. Answers submitted only for points WILL be reported.Thank you for the answers so quickly, and to ded: it was absolutely not an insult. I've just posted answers on here many times and got answers like: I don't know, Who cares, could you explain more (to a question that was fully explained), etc, so thank you for answering! You all helped a lot! moreOpen Question: can you check someone else's ip address?

Hello I am an administrator for a message board website. Like any site that gets a lot of new members. You'll eventually run into a problem with trolls. Usually the solution is simple and you just ban their accounts. However, there is 1 person that has been seriously disrupting our site and still manages to find ways to sneak back in with new accounts. We had a new account sign up and I suspect that it might be him. The big problem though is I think he is now running behind something called a VPN (or Virtual Private Network). To my understanding it'll be much harder to ID him if that's the case. If he's running behind a VPN, does anyone here know how penetrate it and see his real IP address. So that way we can better secure our site from this creep? Thanks moreOpen Question: Is there any website where i can sell my used clothes but not have to give out my address?

On the usps.gov website it told me it had been delivered to the town and zip code and it stated at what time but that was all. It didn't even confirm the address. On wikipedia, under the definition of "certified letter," it said that you can see an actual electronic signature but I didn't see anything about this on the U.S mail website. Now, I need more proof because the people did not receive it. moreOpen Question: Help! I sent a certified letter and now need proof of delivery. How can I obtain a copy of the signature?

I collect codes from Pampers diapers for the Gifts to Grow Program. If you are interested in joining you can do so from the Pampers website. Otherwise, if you just plan on throwing away your codes, would you mind emailing them to me. I would really appreciate it. My husband and I are pursuing our degrees, and in our second semester of college. Money is tight, but I would like to use the points to get my daughter a few toys here and there. On bags of diapers, the code is on the inside of the bag. On boxes of diapers, there is a sticker on the individual bag with the code. On wipes the code is printed on the container. many shia said this to sunni about abu baker and say this in sunni book true ,but the prophet PBUH said that to ali . they will reply no this is fake hadith so why you give it to us ?how weird is that? # A Similar Hadith for the Sahabah The Prophet said: “Allah, Allah! Fear Him with regard to my Sahabah! Do not make them targets after me! Whoever loves them loves them with his love for me; and whoever hates them hates them with his hatred for me. Whoever bears enmity for them, bears enmity for me; and whoever bears enmity for me, bears enmity for Allah. Whoever bears enmity for Allah is about to perish!” (Narrated from Abdallah ibn Mughaffal by Al-Tirmidhi by Ahmad with three good chains in his Musnad, al-Bukhari in his Tarikh, al-Bayhaqi in Shu`ab al-Iman, and others. Al-Suyuti declared it hasan in his Jami` al-Saghir #1442). In another similar Hadith, the Prophet said: “Whoever loves Umar loves me. Whoever hates Umar hates me.” (At-Tabarani) The Prophet also said: “The Ansar! None loves them except a believer, and none hates them except a hypocrite. Whoever loves them, Allah loves him; and whoever hates them, Allah hates him.” _____________ Once the Shia is made aware of the context of this Hadith, he is shocked and will then realize that he has shot himself in the foot by bringing up this Hadith. The Prophet (صلّى الله عليه وآله وسلّم) addressed the above statement (”…he who makes her angry, makes me angry”) to Ali (رضّى الله عنه) who had angered Fatima (رضّى الله عنها) in a very famous incident. This incident is narrated by the esteemed founding father of Shia theology, Ibn Babaveh Al-Qummi, better known as Al-Sadooq. In his book, Al-Sadooq relayed the following narration on the authority of Imam Jafar as-Sadiq. This narration is also available on Al-Shia.com. source: Ibn Babveh Al Qummi’s “Elal Al-Sharae’”, pp.185-186, Al-Najaf Print; also narrated in Majlisi “Bihar” 43/201-202 And this was not the only time that Ali (رضّى الله عنه) angered Fatima (رضّى الله عنها). According to Shia sources, we see several other instances. On one occassion, she was angry with Ali (رضّى الله عنه) because she saw his head in the lap of a slave girl that was given to him as a gift. She even left him for awhile and went to her father’s house, which is something that females do when they are upset with their husbands or they are facing marital problems. This narration is available on the YaZahra.com, a reputable Shia website: http://www.yazahra.net/ara/html/4/behar43/a15.html Translation: Al-Qummi and Al-Majlisi narrated on the authority of Abu Thar: I migrated with Jafar ibn Abi Talib to Abyssynia. A slave girl worth 4,000 dirhams was given to Jafar as a gift. When we came to Medinah he gave it to Ali as a gift that she may serve him. Ali kept her in Fatima’s house. One day Fatima entered and saw that his head was in the girl’s lap. She said: “O Abu Al-Hasan! Have you done it!?” He said: “O daughter of Muhammad! I have done nothing, so what is it that you want?” She said: “Do you allow me to go to my father’s house?” He said: “I will allow you.” So she wore her Jilbab and went to the Prophet. (source: Ibn Babaveh Al-Qummi’s “Elal Al-Sharae’”, p.163; it is also narrated in Bihar Al-Anwar, pp.43-44, Chapter on “How her life with Ali was”) last Question to shia why shia call Ali (r.a) Abu Turab ?? cuz the prophet PBUH said this to him when he was sleep in the prophet PBUH mosque cuz fatima (r.a) was angry . shia open your eyes ._____ Fatima (رضّى الله عنها) reconciled with Abu Bakr “When Fatima became ill, Abu Bakr came to her and asked for permission to enter. So Ali said, ‘O Fatima, this is Abu Bakr asking for permission to enter.’ She answerd, ‘Do you want me to give him permission?’ He said, ‘Yes.’ So she allowed him (to enter), and he came in seeking her pleasure, so he told her: ‘By Allah, I only left my home and property and my family seeking the pleasure of Allah and His Messenger and you, O Ahlel Bayt.’<<<<<< So he talked to her until she was pleased with him.>>>>>>>>>” (Sunan Al-Bayhaqi) This Hadith is narrated by Bayhaqi in al Sunan al Kubra (6:300-301) and Dala’il al-Nubuwwa (7:273-281) who said: “It is narrated with a good (hasan) chain.” Muhibb al Din al-Tabari cited it in al Riyad Al Nadira (2:96-97 #534) and Dhahabi in the Siyar (Ibid). Ibn Kathir states it as Sahih in his Al Bidayah and Ibn Hajar in his Fath Al Bari.shia sorce said too “When Fatima asked for Fadak from Abu Bakr and he refused to give it to her, she returned full of anger that could not be described and she was sick; and she was angry with Ali because he refused to help her.” (Al-Majlisi’s Haqq-ul-Yaqeen, pp.203-204; also recorded in Al-Tusi’s Amali, p.295) so did she Still angry with Ali r.a too ?? why yes and why not ?? moreOpen Question: keeping my 02 number when going on 02 contract?
