Voting Question: Do Ipod Touches have hard drives/moving parts?

I asked a similar question but I am still undecided. I remember hearing somewhere that Ipod Touch is flash memory instead of a hard drive, which is why they can make them so small, but is it really? Does anyone actually know for sure? The reason I ask is because I am thinking about getting a case that has magnets in it. It is a flip case that holds closed because of magnets inside. I'm not sure if this would be an issue with the ipod itself when I need to removed it/put it back in over and over. I'm not sure if this is flash, would not be affected by the magnets, there are any moving parts at all that would conflict with it, etc... I had a case with a magnet for my Ipod Video, which ruined the ipod, but I know that it had a hard drive. So tell me- are there moving parts/a hard drive/anything else that would be affected by the magnets would my ipod be ruined, should I get the case? Okay, so this afternoon I bought a black leather apple ipod case for my video ipod. It was pretty exxy at 150 bucks, but when I started putting it in it got VERY tight, and i was like, "why isnt this fitting' on the box it said "case for video ipod" and i was like...hmm, but THEN i saw on the small print FOR 30GB, not labelled clearly at all!! Now i can't get it out!!! It's half stuck in there and I can't tell my parents or they'll kill me! How can I get it out of the stubborn leather case without damaging the ipod??? If I have to cut the case so be it, but I cant scratch the pod! HELLLPPPPP!!! more

I have just bought a new iPod video as some mogrel stole my last one.I have bought a leather case for it ( not made by Apple) and it has quite a strong magnet to keep it closed.
