Well when I opened the converter and then added the videos to the convert, it said that there was no audio stream in this video file, and that the output media file will not contain sound. Why is that? There is sound. I played the video in real player first and then tried to add it to the converter. Can someone please help me? Hello, I have Movavi Video Converter 8 and I want to convert a DVD for the ipod but everytime I do it it only takes the english language audio track, I want to convert the movie using a different language. I have tried the DVD on Power DVD and it does have different languages audio tracks. In the Movavi I went to tool menu/preferences, and then there is a part where you can choose different audio tracks but no matter what audio track I choose, it always converts using the english audio track. I know this has been asked a lot but no answers have seemed to help me & I'm getting a bit frustrated. Itunes is saying that it cannot copy my movie to my ipod because it cannot be played. I convert a lot of videos and movies to put on my ipod and I use a program where I can set how many threads the program can use. I dont know what threads are or how many threads I should put for the program. My computer has 5GB of RAM( 3GB internal ram and 2GB readyboost), I usually only have the converting program open by itself so the videos will convert faster, if I put a certain number of threads, will the program run faster? I have a 1.42gb video which is an .X264 file, and I attempted to convert it to an mp4 file to go onto my ipod. However my converter stops after 13% converted (i'm using Format factory which has never stopped like this before) I've checked everything and it looks like it won't convert that particular file type. It also says I don't have the codec when I attempted to open it in windows movie maker, so I dunno if that is the issue.
