I have tried many sites to download vbox7 videos, but they are .flv videos. I want to put it on my iPod touch so I can have it on the go.I have tried getvideome.com, icyvideo.com, and ant.com, but they didn't work. kay, I know this sounds really dumb and stupid, but a few days ago I was cleaning my room and I came across a box filled with old toys from when I was like, 4, and I was really sad because I noticed how complicated life is as a tween/teen compared to a kid, and I had to get away from the box of toys because I was about to loose it. Naturally, I ran out my room and put my iPod on shuffle, and the song Fireflies by Owl City came on. I just stood there stunned for a couple of minutes, because while watching the music video, I noticed that Adam Young was in a room surrounded by toys, and i finally realized that the song is really about his childhood, and the "fireflies" are his memories. Like when he says " I got misty eyes as I say farewell" it reminded me of saying 'bye' to my childhood. And when he says "Id like to make myself believe that Planet Earth turns slowly", he is saying that the world turnd too fast (he is growing up too quick). This is toe-dally the way I feel about letting go of 12 years old and moving on to 13. Im nawt like my BFFLs who are excited to grow up and have a car and go to college. I want to stay young and be youthful and be able to get away with doing stew-pid things. Does anyone else feel like this? I need to know if im still a kid! I mean, I hope I am, because it feels like I was born a week ago. And im nawt ready to get a job and go to college and deal with bills. Please help me! Not looking for just ones that can do it, it was a specific one that you didnt need to do any type of conversion to play or add to itunes or play on ipod with video. it had a little blue box in the bottom of my fireflox and when there was a video i could download i could click it and gave me types of formats to download it on, i really want it back but reinstalled operating system and lost it. i think it had f and a v in it and was like 3 letters but all the ways i tried it it brought of different ones than the one i had, any ideas please? more

Anyway..I have iTunes downloaded and opend on to my Dell Inspiron Studio laptop.. but when i hook my iTouch up to the laptop a box titled "AutoPlay" comes up and asks me what I want to do..the options is gives me are "import pictures using windows" "import pictures and videos using windows live photo gallery" "open device to view files using windows explorer" then under those three in blue clickable letters it says Set AutoPlay defaults in Control Pannel.. I need a laptop for University this September and am finding it nearly impossible to judge the merits of the many makes and models. It is confusing me to no end and I am in dire need of concise and objective advice; so well-informed answers please! Here are my PREFERENCES / CONDITIONS / PROBLEMS surrounding the purchase of a Laptop that I would ask those of you who answer this question to keep in mind : I need to buy a Laptop of good BUILD QUALITY (i.e. not 100% extra-thin plastic; I’d hate to lift it and see it bend/snap because of a minimal use of sturdy and hardy materials). In addition, I would like to avoid things falling apart/melting inside the laptop during use. & I would like it to have at least a 17 INCH SCREEN – HD etc. would be great. & I need a minimum of 3 USB PORTS for a Memory Stick, an IPod and a Mouse etc. & I would like the KEYS to be of a good size and placement; I could live without pressing 4 letters at the same time when I type up an essay. & I need to be able to browse the INTERNET at a good speed via Wi-Fi etc. I believe there is something that speeds up the ‘data transfer’ while on the Internet (software or a chip…???). & I would very much prefer to buy the laptop with MICROSOFT WORD ETC. already installed (not a trial). & I would like it to come with some form of preferably free, ANTI-VIRUS etc. & I would like it to have a really good GRAPHICS CARD/DEDICATED MEMORY for the occasional game. & As I will buy the Laptop online direct from the company, I would very much appreciate the chance to CUSTOMISE the laptop in terms of software & hardware capabilities etc. before I ‘add to basket.’ Most websites seem to only allow you to choose things in an effort to filter through their own models, once one is found however, you cannot alter their specifications. WHAT I NEED IT FOR / WHAT I’LL BE DOING : I will often be surfing the Internet for information while typing something in Microsoft Word as my IPod plays music in the background through ITunes. However, I wouldn’t necessarily keep my music on the Laptop itself, just the IPod. I will have virtually no pictures or videos on the Laptop, nor will I have use for editing software such as Photoshop etc. In addition, to relax, I would like to play Word of Warcraft (with all 3 expansions) knowing that my Laptop won’t lag, have to compromise on graphics etc., or generally falter at the task of merely processing the game as I walk about. In other words, I would like to play W.O.W comfortably, both in the aesthetic and technological sense. NOTES : As this Laptop will need to survive for about 4 years, I need one that will suffice even after the inevitable decline of its capabilities over time. So, it needs to be pretty good, even too good now, so in 4 years it will still be good enough. Also, I have already looked at many forums and advice sites, I have visited almost all the company websites and I just need help finding one that ticks my boxes so-to-speak. Finally, BUDGET / COST: I would like to spend no more than £850 including shipping, but if one should be my cup of tea, I am willing to spend NO MORE THAN £1000. I plug in my iPod and on the iPod screen it says its connecting for about a second then, for less than a second it shows that its syncing then says that its ok to disconnect and goes to the main page (music, videos, photos etc...) Then on Itunes, a small box pops up saying, " An ipod has been detected, but it could not be identified properly. Please disconnect and reconnect the iPod, then try again," (This is after the iPod goes to the main page). i tried that numerous times and it still doesn't work. Does anyone know why this is? Voting Question: Any really really good puzzle games that make you think?

My favorite game of all time is Portal (got it from the orange box for ps3). I love the games that make you think but the ones that are all unique in your own special way. So far the games that are like this in my collection is. Echochrome, Shift, Braid. All of them have soemthing special. Portal uses portals to get to the end, echochrome depends on your perspective, shift uses "shifting", and braid uses time manipulation. I have a ps3, psp, wii, ds, gba, gbc, ds, pc (though it doesnt work with all games), and an ipod touch. Does anyone knows good puzzle games that follow this pattern? Portal will always be my favorite and I think braid has just taken second place :) I also like games like half life (anything by valve I already know about btw) that are like regular games but really make you think at some parts. So please if you know any that work with the consoles I stated please let me know. I dont want ps2 games because I cant play them I also dont want you to say a computer game that is high graphics game I have a small processor and a bad video card (though my ram is good :) )I already know how to solve a rubiks cube. Voting Question: What do I do? My ipod won't sync...?

I have 669 songs on my itunes library. No videos or tv shows, just songs. When I click "sync iPod" a box pops up saying that "The iPod cannot be synced because there is not enough free space to hold all of the items in the itunes library (2.78 GB required, 2.47 GB available)." I have an old iPod Nano and it says that it can hold 4 GB and on the bottom of my itunes it says that my library is only 3.91 GB. So shouldn't there still be .9 GB left to use? Why isn't it letting me sync? I'm confused! Help as soon as possible! THANK YOU! more

She also gave the kids, a IDog and accessories for it. Grandmother: Her other Grandmother took her to the mall before Christmas Eve and let her make her own bear at build a bear workshop, her Grandmother said that was her only gift.. She surprised her on Christmas with a new American Girl Doll! (Her 10th one!) Grandfather: Her Grandfather went all out and bought her making kits, tie dying kits, you name it. He got her like 10 boxes and it had 3 per box. Grandfather: He gave her plenty of gift cards, money and a wallet. He surprised her with clothing and blankets too. Aunt: Her Aunt gave her a makeup kit. Lip Liner, Eye Liner, Eye Shadow, Cover Up, Lip Stick, Lip Gloss, Blush, you name it! It had different colors too... Uncle: Her Uncle gave her a new pair of Converse and Crocs. Aunt: Her Aunt gave her a Winter Wardrobe before winter, as one of her gifts, and for Christmas she gave her a board game and Uggs. Uncle: Her Uncle gave her different little things. He gave her candy too and a cake maker. Sisters and Brothers: He sisters and brothers put their money together to give her a new toys. You name it. Parents: We gave her toys, roller blades, and a scooter. We also gave her sleds and snowboards, but we gave it to her before Christmas because of the big snow storm. For all her siblings and her, we bought a Wii with like 30 games. Santa: Santa got her a few toys, a new oboe, a $100 dollar gift card to the mall, little things, school supplies, duct tape (different colors) board games, chalk, art set, jewerly maker, cosmetic maker, and a labtop. We also had new dvd's and video games. Here is her birthday list of things we already planned out, Her family calls in saying what they are going to get her, we give them money to buy it. They usually buy expensive things. Here is the list. The Grandmothers (4 because my parents are divorced and my husbands parents are divorced) are going to give her a Summer Camp Application to Horse Back Riding Camp. The Grandfathers (4) are going to give her a new pair of converse, a new pair of crocs, a new pair of uggs and some clothing for her. A new wardrobe. The Aunts (6) are going to give her a DSI. She got a nintendo from them last year, with like 25 games and she is going to get a DSI and 10 new games. She will have like 60 games now! The Uncles (6) are going to give her a new bike. Last year they split into 3 uncles per gift. One gift was a surf board, another was a dirt bike. Everyone in our family has ATV's, dirtbikes and surfboards, so... They also are giving her fun things for the beach, since we are going to Hawaii this summer from June 20th to August 10th. Her Horse Back Riding Camp is June 10th to June 15th and August 10th to August 15th. Brothers and Sisters (3) They are going to give her toys, and gift cards. They are also giving her art sets. Mom: I am giving her a new puppy. She has a lot of pets. We have fish, goats,pigs, sheep, donkeys, horses, chickens, cats, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs, bunnies and we are missing a dog. Her siblings requested some of those animals and we raise them together. We also have small animals like frogs and hermit crabs. We run a family farm so we have to have all of the barn animals and her siblings requested small animals and cats. We are getting a parrot/finch/dove for our farm for a Valentines Day present. She always wanted a dog. Last week I found a cute, small puppy that was 1 week and she is ready on the day before her birthday. We adopted it 2 days ago. That is her surprise. We are also throwing a surprise party for family and another for friends :) Dad: Her dad is giving her a makeover to her room. He is painting her room and getting new furniture. He is also giving her a new television in her room with tivo and cable and a dvd player. We have family friends who are sending her little computer games, things like that. So late March of 09, I met a guy online, we hit it off right away... We got to know each other till mid-August, and I decided we should meet. We live 2.5 hours away, so I took a coach bus met him and we instantly clicked. Anyways, when we seeing each other I was sneaking around and lying to my parents about seeing someone and traveling to see him. I got away with it for a while but in early October I got caught and was in huge trouble with them. My boyfriend ended up coming down the first weekend of November and met my parents and they really liked him. So we continued seeing each other back and forth every weekend, if possible. This is where it goes down hill... So I went to his house just before Christmas, he told me we were exchanging gifts; I got him what he asked for, an ipod, and clothes(spending over 300 dollars). After giving him his gift, he told me that we'd be going into town to get my gift the next day, okay no problem. We go in town the next day, to the store, it doesn't have what I wanted. So he told me not to fret over it, he'll order it online, and bring it over on New Year’s Eve, as we’ve made plans for that night. Okay no big deal, I wasn't too concerned. Besides this whole gift thing, it was the first weekend we ever 'it', and it was both of our firsts, so it meant a lot to me. So Christmas came around, and Boxing Day, I hear from him and he said he can’t come down on New Year’s and won’t be able to get me a gift because he spent all his money Boxing Day shopping for himself, video games and other things. I was extremely upset, feeling used for what happened, so we didn’t talk for a couple days. He calls me on New Year’s Eve, and tells me I ruined the plans and ditched him...meanwhile I only made plans after he told me he wasn’t coming down. Since then we haven’t seen each other in person, January we had exams so it was hard for me and him to see each other during that time. We’d talk on MSN, phone, etc. Then just 2 weeks ago he found out his dad has cancer, so he’s been depressed and this past week I feel he’s been trying to avoid me more than usual, I’ll msg him and he won’t even reply, but I’ll get msgs 1-2 in the morning saying I love you... He wants to come down this weekend to see me before I go on family vacation, but my parents know what happened that weekend before Christmas, and aren’t happy with his actions. So I don’t know how they’ll react if I tell them he’s visiting, and even if they’ll let them stay overnight at the house like they usually allow him as the bus trip costs a bit. I just need advice in what to do, this is my first relationship, I have really strong feelings and I still want to see him, but I can't be the only one forking out money into this relationship. I don’t know what has gotten into him lately, it hurts me and I find myself depressed and used but I still have feelings because I know how good things could be. Resolved Question: iPod and iTunes help please?

I just connected my old ass iPod video to my computer and a little dialog box pops up and says something like " windows cannot recognize the device" or some dumb crap like that. I'll get the "do not disconnect" on the iPod for about 10 seconds then it will say "ok to connect" or whatever and stop charging. iTunes never even recognizes it. Could it be because i haven't plugged it into my computer in atleast a year? Maybe i should try an older version of itunes? This isn't the same computer either. But yeah i don't know. itunes just doesn't recognize my iPod. and my computer pretty much says screw you and won't let it even charge. Any help please? more

Today while I was leaving my grandmothers house, I decided to pull around in the couldisack next to her house. As I was pulling around, I noticed a cop was pulling up through the neighboorhood, and followed me out. As I proceeded down the road to a stop light that was green, turned left (in the turning lane, and I know I didnt use my signal, but neither did the other people in the lane) he then flipped his lights on. As I pulled over, his words were the normal "license, registration, and insurance" I handed them to him, and he asked me why I was shaking. I told him, the heat in my car wasnt working, I was cold, and nervous, as this was my first time being pulled over. He then asked me where I had came from, so I told him. Then he asked me where I was going. I told him to pick up a buddy of mine. He asked who my buddy was, and so I told him my friends name. He then asked me to sit tight while he ran my info. I had never been pulled over, never gotten in trouble, and had a squeaky clean record. As I called my grandmother to tell her what had happened, another police officer pulled up, and a drug dog with him as well. The dog then circled my car for 5 minutes, and the cop asked me to step out of the vehicle with my hands against the car. Then the other cop started to search my car, and did NOT ask to do so. While he was doing that, the other cop asked my to empty my pockets, consisting of an ipod, 2 pennies, a cell phone, and my wallet. He then began to search me, asking if I had any weapons, or drugs. I replied no. The other cop searched my car for about 45 minutes to an hour. While he was doing that, the cop standing next to me how old I was, and I replied 20. He then asked if I had friends who did weed, heroin, etc. I replied no, and how that crowd wasnt really for me. He then asked, what do I do with my time. I replied play video games, work, and play music. The other cop finally asked to search my glove box, and I told him I couldnt open it due to losing the key for it, the doors, and the trunk, but if he wanted to pry it open, go right ahead. He didnt. Although, he did ask me to open my trunk, so I did. There was a bag of clothes, and asked what it was, I told him some clothes I meant to drop off at a Goodwill, but never got the time. He smelled them, searched them, and found nothing. After letting the other cop know that it was "clean" he then proceeded to write me a citation for not using a turning signal at the light. Which if you go straight, you obviously have to turn left, since you cant go straight. My friends, and family, suggest that I get the family lawyer and sue for harassment/etc. I wasnt mad at the cops..but very embarrassed that people at the stop light were stopped looking at me, and people at the market place where I pulled over, all gathered around as well, not asked to leave. Id like avoid confrontation, but something in me says this just wasnt right. My grandmother also informed me after that the neighborhood was on watch for the culdisack in worry that drugs were being dealt. I had no idea since I dont live in the neighborhood. Do I sue? Resolved Question: I Need Some iPod Classic Help?

Urg. Stupid Apple. lol. My iPod Classic won't show up in iTunes. Whenever I plug it in, iTunes freezes. About a minute later, a Microsoft Windows window pops up, and says: "Do you want to scan and fix ipod (G:)?" So I clicked ok and another box pops up and says: "Cannot scan while in use. Reschedule?" So I click "reschedule" but nothing else happens. Looking at the iPod screen itself, it will say "connected" with a picture of the USB cable for about 5 seconds, but then switch to a picture with rotating arrows going in a circle for about 10 seconds. Then it repeats itself. The weird thing is, iTunes remains frozen until I disconnect my iPod. After disconnecting it, iTunes runs smoothly. Why would this be? I've done the whole 'trail and error' thing and even waited for up to like, half an hour before... but it still won't show up. I'm wondering if this is due to it getting removed before it was fully ejected. Would this have something to do with it? I've never had this happen before. I checked and done all of Apple's troubleshooting at this link: http://www.apple.com/support/ipod/five_rs/classic/ but it still does the same thing. The only thing I couldn't do was "restore" my iPod. First off, because it won't freakin show up in iTunes. Secondly, because my music/videos aren't backed up. :/ Any help would be appreciated. Hey All, i have a major problem with my ipod touch and it needs sorting out, i recently bought a itunes gift card 15 pound one for the ipod and downloaded some family guy, south park skins episodes for about £1.89 each etc, then after a few days when i go onto my videos at the bottom there not there but seem to appear when i search in the box south park or family guy and when i i press them it says this movie cannot be played, now i payed about 10 pounds in total for these videos not to be taken away for some unknown reason so what the hells going on? more

Resolved Question: My iTunes videos that I bought don't go onto my iPod!?

So I bought a TV season on iTunes and I was able to watch them on my computer just fine and dandy. I plugged in my iPod, checked to make sure all the boxes were checked and clicked "SYNC." Then an error message popped up and said that the video type isn't compatible and can't be viewed with the iPod. The weirdest thing is that I bought another TV episode a while ago with all the same properties and it went onto my iPod fine. I'm not interested in a DVD ripping program, but if it can fix my issue, give me the name and also HOW TO USE IT FOR MY SPECIFIC PROBLEM! Thanks so much! more

Resolved Question: Dragging Library Songs from Itunes to Ipod Touch Issue?

I am having issues dragging songs from my itunes library onto my Ipod touch icon. I have the latest version of both Itunes and my Ipod is updated. I have noticed people telling others to make sure the "Manually manage music and videos" box checked, and it definitely is checked. I click on a song I recently purchased from Itunes and try to drag it to my Ipod, and normally there would be a plus sign by the song when I drag it that says it can add it, but there is no plus sign. I haven't changed any settings, and I don't know why its not letting me add songs. I was just able to add songs a few days ago, and now suddenly it won't let me add a single song to my Ipod what so ever, I can created playlists on my ipod from Itunes, but it still won't let me add any songs to the playlists from my itunes library. Can anyone help me solve this problem? I would really like to add more songs to my Ipod. Also, when I click the SYNC button to sync my Ipod, it doesn't even update the new songs I have in my library and put them on my Ipod, even though they are checked. Note: In my itunes, "Manually manager music and videos" box IS checked. PLEASE PLEASE HELP THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!my ipod is not full, i have a 32gb and only 1000 songs on it, no photos or videos or apps yet on either it, only songs. either way, it won't let me drag the songs to my ipod even though the box is checked.... any solutions? more

Don't do it.. with 3.1.2 the ONLY jailbreak that works is blackra1n and thats a dirty tethered jailbreak (on late 2nd gen ipods, all 3rd gen ipods and iphone 3GS - other earlier models should be untethered by now on RC No 3 (dec 09) version) meaning if you reset your ipod or it crashed it wont restart until you connect it back to the computer and blackra1n.. Jail breaking also voids the warranty and does cause many issues from files vanishing, memory leaks and loss, rebooting and even failing to boot. Also once its jailbroken you can only add jailbroken or copy protection free media or apps as its altered the boot code and NOT recognised as a valid ipod on iTunes so wont load (from itunes on the computer) NEW apps and NEW protected items (apps, video or DRM music). YOU CAN load itunes Plus music and stuff you import from CD or MP3 or AAC files etc... or try and use apps store or itunes on the device itself!! go to the site you got the jailbreak from for their links for apps if thats your thing. NEVER JAILBREAK its NOT worth the effort or the RISK. you know that 75% of jailbreaks fail! either immediately or after a few restarts - this will require a restore in itunes and reapplication of a jailbreak - however if your'e unlucky a restore in itunes will NOT fix it and its bricked and dead (probably 5 to 10% suffer this) if you have a PC and its doesn't restore get a friend who has a mac to try as sometimes that can work! the 2.2 or 3.1 software from apple is stable and works well and lets you add hundreds of apps (many free) from the itunes App Store, many with features available in jailbroken items. Jailbroken ipods cause so many problems (just search on here for them). It alters the boot code so its not really an ipod at all. and for this reason I advise people NOT to jailbreak unless they can afford to replace the unit!! Jail breaking effectively became redundant when the 2.0 software was released as it add almost nothing useful to the ipods abilities (other than the ability to browse its file structure which also makes it less secure - the common risk only if you have the SSH added and don’t change your password then hackers can read and erase your device at will or add items without your knowing) also jailbreaking removes many system security features making it open to trojans (see news) and any files you have on it by ‘say’ air-sharing app etc will be hackable too! it WILL also result in IM apps giving your messages to everyone with the same jailbreak on the same network (and you getting their replies) as jailbreaking removes the unique encryption key to each device and places it with a common one for that jailbreak. naturally by removing the encryption key its possible hack into a jailbroken ipod on the same network as the hacker (assuming they know the key) and read your files.. it also allows malicious apps such as 113prep to be loaded which then kill many files on your system. Best option is to remove the jailbreak by restoring the ipod on your computer but NOT connected to internet and make sure you have a full power USB2 port as low power laptop ports can cause the restore to fail and kill the ipod. So... with itunes running reset your ipod (its the home and power key until screen goes blank with dark apple logo). then as soon as the screen lights up connect it to computer. more

Voting Question: iTouch movie question?

Im trying to sync some videos to my itouch. when i went on itunes, i clicked on my itouch (In "Device") and clicked on movies and changed it to sync movies and then checked the boxes with the video i wanted. Then, i clicked apply and it asked me if i wanted to reason everything and had the videos ? I said, ok since i have everything saved on my computer and i would just need to sync my ipod back. When it finnished syncing (which took like, 30-45 minutes) it said i couldnt upload them bcz the files werent the right ones for ipod (They are MP4) I dont know what to do to have my videos on my itouch and how to upload them without deleting everything on my itouch. HELP ! more

My friend and I are starting to dance out side and I would like to get a boom box that i can carry around outside with THE BEST volume for under $50. I would prefer if it had a handle or something, so I don't have to handle it from the Bottom, I don't want a "tinny" sounding one, I just want one that is not annoying to listen to, or makes you feel like the buy was a retarded move. Voting Question: My ipod touch wont sync the movies and tv shows that i bought. They are not HD, i have new version of itunes?

i tryed unchecking and checking everything, i restored it, i made a playlist with the movie and shows in it but it didnt downlaod, all the boxes next to the shows are checked off. the movie too. i have the latest version of itunes, and it syncs my musice and photos, and even a music video but not the tv shows or the movie. HELP!!!!!!!!alot of people have been telling me that i need to check if the show is compatable with itunes....but i have NO idea how to check that or what the hell to do with the information. Resolved Question: When I sync my music, there's none in my iPod library?

When I sync my music and movies, it doesn't appear in my iPod touch. It's 3.1.2 firmware, and is jailbroken. I have the latest iTunes, and yes, I have also made sure I checked the box for syncing Music and Videos. But, like the other days, I went out, tapped my Music on my iPod, and it said "No Music - You can purchase music from the iTunes store," as if I never synced it at all. My iPod touch can only play videos from YouTube. If I go to other web sites that have videos, there'd be a box with ?s on it. Can I download something from somewhere or do something so it can allow me to see videos that are not only from YouTube but from other sites as well? Oh, and one more question, when I see Buest Buy ads, they say that iPod touch 3rd Generation 8GB cost 199.99 USD, but when I buy my iPod in November 2009 with that price, I see that the programs all say 2nd Generation. Resolved Question: Why doesn't YouTube work on my iPod touch?

I am updated to 3.1 but I cannot use YouTube through safari or the YouTube app. When trying in safari, the videos just appear as a gray box with an arrow with a line through it. When usin the YouTube app, it just says hat I cannot connect to youtube. My connection is working fine because I am using my iPod to ask this question.My brother has the same iPod as me and his YouTube works PERFECTLY. i just got a knew ipod touch and when i plug it into my computer, the screen that should come up when an ipod is plugged into itunes doesnt show up. instead, a microsoft text box pops up with different selections for me to choose for the "camera" that is plugged into the computer. im assuming the computer thinks that the ipod is a camera, but how can i get my new ipod to show up on itunes? i have a video classic as well [my old ipod] and it can be plugged in and it dials up to itunes right away...how can i get itunes to identify that my itouch is plugged in?also there is nothing in my itunes library [ i already synced it earlier to get another library on my ipod] and the ipod icon that SHOULD show up on the left side in the items bar with music and movies and all those other columns, doesnt show up. more

Help, my videos won't sync! I downloaded my videos at KeepVid.com, and saved them into my computer. I didn't have to convert or anything because it was already MPEG-4 file already, so I thought I was okay. I did every step right, or at least I thought I did: FILE > ADD FILE TO LIBRARY > CHOSE FILES I WANTED > SYNC. But it still won't do anything. I can't get any videos in my iTunes or my iPod. What am I doing wrong? My iTunes are up-to-date, and I restored it already. And everytime I go to MOVIES in the bar and checked the box, it always says "Are you sure you want to sync movies? All existing songs, movies and TV shows on the iPod "(name here) Ipod" will be removed and replaced with movies from your iTunes Library." I don't want to erase everything on my ipod. Help? more

i got my iPod touch second generation in July and when i synchronized it with my iTunes and all of the movies and music videos will appear in my iPod. i got the 3rd generation upgrade (the ten dollars one) and it all worked fine. but recently (as in the past couple of months) the videos (music and movies) are not synchronizing. in my iTunes, in the music tab, the "include music videos" check box is checked, as well as the "sync movies" and "automatically include" (all) ones in the movies tab. please help me, it's driving me insane! more

okay, well. i wanted to add more songs and videos on my ipod so i plugged it in and all those other things. when i pressed sync, it would say 'UNKNOWN ERROR (13019) not able to sync ipod'. well i searched on the internet for some answer to sync it again and a forum said to "uncheck 'SYNC MUSIC' and apply, thus deleting all songs.then check the box when its done deleting and press the sync button. it will bring back your songs." well after i did that, i got my songs but i didn't get my videos back again. well, some of them. i've been downloading the current tv podcast onto my ipod touch for about a year now with no problems and all of a sudden it won't sync anymore. all my other video podcasts will, just this one won't. i've tried everything, including making sure all appropriate boxes are checked in the ipod's setting. i have it set to download all unwatched episodes of selected podcasts. all of my podcasts are selected. this one podcast still won't sync. i got both the new itunes and ipod software to see if that would help. it didn't. does anyone have any other advice? i miss my current tv. thanks! more

I know this a lot to read but its the only way you can understand. Heres the thing: Im in college now and ever since i was younger me and my brother, never really got along. Sometimes he would make fun of me and called me names like retard. He says I'm lazy which isn't true because i tryed to get a job over the summer but no one hired me. I always thought he had 2 personalities because one day he would be really nice and the next day he would be moody and act like he doesn't care about anybody. I have good parents but sometimes my mom and dad complain about work and every time I try and talk to my mom she flips out and yells me for no reason then goes into a depression mode. My dad is easy to get along with but when i ask him a question he ignores me or he'll answer and say whatever. My mom never wanted to take me to my friends house and my dad always worked late, so i never really have much of a social life. She always assumed that my friends were bad kids which was never true because she never knew them. My parents give me everything though but inside i feel like my life is just an empty box. In high school sometimes i would go feeling depressed and really tried to make friends. The friends that i have don't want to do anything or are always busy and sometimes always make up some excuse. They always talk about playing video games. They seem immature and never wanted to do anything fun. I wish i had better friends that i can just chill with and actually talk to about reality and go parties and clubs with. But I'm just not one of those popular kids i guess. I try to be happy but i just get depressed. My friends never want to hangout with me and they never text me to say what's up. I text them but they never me text back. I feel like they totally ditched me. When i take the train home from college everyday and i listen to music on my ipod and think about my whole life to this point. I shed a tear. At night i cry because of all this but no one realizes it. I made a few friends in college so far that are a lot better then my friends in high school. A lot of kids in my high school were to cool and thought i was a loser. My brother never wants to chill with me because he takes everything so seriously whenever he talks to me and thinks Im weird. His friends probably think the same thing to. Im a good kid and there's nothing wrong with me, its just people think of me differently. So really is there something wrong with me? more

okay so my iTouch is fairly new. Everything's been working smoothly, i have my music on there and the internet is working. the only that wasn't working was playing videos. So my mom was trying to help me fix the problem. This is what happened: i plugged in my itouch to the computer and brought up iTunes. My mom came in and was all like "oh can i try something" so she brings up the info page (idk if thats what its called but its the page on itunes where has the name of the ipod and serial number and all that)So she brings up this page and checks the little box that says "Sync only checked songs and videos" (btw the only thing that was checked was "Open iTunes when this iPod is attached") but now when i click music on my itouch it says No Content and i dont know how to get my music to the ipod now. Resolved Question: Big IPOD troubles!!! HELP!?

Okay Heres the problem!!!! I was in gym today (high school). and i was putting my pants on and my ipod video (5th gen) fell and hit the ground hella hard! nothing broke of but it hit the ground so hard 2 things happened! one is that it got slammed so hard it actually reformatted itself from a windows ipod back to apple! and now i cant even listen to music on the rock-Box part of my ipod (cuz original library was corrupted). Now if i had a few songs on it then i would just reset everything. But i had 10,000 songs on my ipod (really!) so plz someone help!!!! BTW, disk mode doesn't work either, just acts like its hooked up to computer. lol more

Voting Question: Why does my ipod only freeze when I make it remember playback positions of my videos?

My 4th generation ipod nano can play certain videos. Some of them can play and remember its playback position. However whenever I play one video, it freezes. BUT if I uncheck the box in itunes to not remember the video's playback position the video plays just fine. It can play on my itunes as well..but just not on my ipod when i've made a setting to remember its playback position. What can I do for the ipod to both remember its playback position AND play the video without freezing.EDIT: the videos loaded onto my ipod are MP4 format more

Well my little cousin is 12. She isn't much of a girly-girl at all. Her favorite color is Lime Green. She is a total Team Jacob, she loves to write and take pictures. She does have a wii/play station2/x-box 350/ a dslite/ and a psp. She does like to wear jewelry and perfume. So I thought Bed Bath and Body Works, however, she gets headaches very easy. She loves to read (she is very big fan of Stephen King. She likes New Moon the best out of the Twilight series.) She loves music, mostly pop/80's/70's/ metal music ect in music. She is a very organized person, loves old movies/new ones. She is a history buff, she also likes to make things. She can wear make-up *just not alot of make-up.* She has one of the new Nano's from Ipod, so I don't want to get her a video camera. Her room is done in Red, Black and White- I don't know what to get her for her room, but maybe you can help me with that :). She is hard to buy close for.
