I have the new nano with video and radio. it's pretty sweet, but i can't get it to work with my 360. when i connect it, it says "please wait", and stays like that for a couple of minutes. Eventually it plays, but everything is "unknown". i can't find anything i want to listen to. no play-list or albums on it at all either. this was not a problem with my old 1st generation nano. can someone please help me? more

I bought a fake ipod from china and ive had nothing but problems ever since I bought it. What what a great xmas gift! Anyway, The firmware or software whatever you call it is really crappy. Its hard to navigate. You cant search your music like you can an ipod, the fm radio doesn't work, it wont read my EBook and it doesn't play videos. I guess a lot of people have had these problems but I cant seem to fund what I need. I reformatted the thing and it did nothing to help.The firmware version's on it is LDC -27201H-B1B 2009-11-16 9.5.54 2008-09-05. Like I have any clue what that means! I heard a few people updated their firmware and it worked great then others tried updating it and incompletely died. Id like it if someone could tell me what to so like "Updating your firmware for dummies" or something like that. Please help. more

Cuz I think that happened to me. I fall asleep listening to it, i turn it on when i first wake up in the morning, I don't want to listen to anything else and before i had it on my ipod touch (comp. wasn't working so i couldn't sinc it) i listened to it on youtuibe on my ipod a hundred times before i went to school to finish up my art and u need a password to use the wifi there and all i talked about all day was how i needed to hear my song. i was so sad it almost hurt and i was getting really pissed and bitchy like my friend when she goes to long without a smoke. and i can listen to it on replay forever and ever and never get sick of it. What the fuck is wrong with me? Oh and btw the song is "Whatya want from me" by Adam Lambert. Wierd cuz i only kinda liked the song when i first heard it on the radio but then i watched the music video when i was looking for something to watch on youtube and i realized it's a totally epic song and just kept listening to it. And is it wierd that i have a huge crush on him even though he's gay? AHAHA! I can't help it! He's soooooo hott!!NOOOOOOOO!!!!! so i just bought an ipod nano 5th gen. from a person and when i first connected it, it showed up on itunes but then my comp. froze so i had to restart it. when i got it, the ipod was working, like i could view the radio and record a video but after i connected the ipod to the computer again after i restarted it, a sign popped up into the ipod saying i need to restore the ipod or something like that (i guess since its connected to a different computer), but now when i connect my ipod to my comp. nothing shows up on itunes. i dont think its broken since the person i bought it from only had it for a week. oh and it shows up on "my computer". but not itunes. how do you restore the ipod first of all if it doesnt even pop out in itunes? more

Voting Question: My Ipod will not sync with my laptop?

I have a ipod nano which i has all my songs off itunes when i plug it in my laptop it syncs i also plug my sisters in and it puts all the songs on there as well. i have just got a new ipod off my boyfriend i do not know what one it is it has radio but not video. but when i plug it into my laptop it does not come up in itunes at all?I know my computer is compatible and it is a proper ipod please help more

Voting Question: Ipod nano or touch???

ok so right now, I have an ipod nano. The chromatic one. 4th gen. And they just came out with a new one. I want a new ipod, and my mom is gonna take my old one. I love all the feuatures on the new nano. i would get the purple one. Like, it has radio (which ive been waiting for) IT HAS VIDEO, WHICH IS JUST AWESOME. soryr caps. hahaha. and then, i dont think you need earphones anymore. if thats coreect? and i love how it is colorful. I love it. But then there is the touch. Everyone is telling me to get that one and i have so many friends who have it, and love it! I love how you can go on the internet, and listen to music without earphones. But im not really into games. I dont think. im 14 and im not really girly. I just dont know if i would like it, like it might get old after a while. Or just boring. My brother keeps telling me to get the touch. But iidk, please hlpe me. I'm leaving for the Philippines on the 16th and i'm going to be there until the 6th of January. This means I need to bring along tons of music. :) I have 900 songs in my ipod video so far but, most of i is underground rock and lately, i've been wanting more dance/hip-hop/electronic music...radio music, if you must say, on my ipod but can't find the right songs/artists to download.
