After downloading a whole movie off of youtube, in multiple parts; how can I connect them into one big video to play on itunes/my ipod. I've tried: window's movie maker- files aren't compatible converted each individual file and tried on movie maker- still not compatible. connected all the sections on that new windows player- not compatible with itunes. attempted to convert the whole video to work on itunes- file too big or free download not adaquate. many other random software options- still nothing. so i'm stuck with twenty different pieces to skip to on my ipod = not fun. Resolved Question: Help getting photos off iPod onto PC?

Ok so my laptop hard drive self destructed last night (well sort of) and I lost all my stuff. Got a new desktop PC and managed to recover all music and videos off my iPod but can't seem to get photos back. I searched for some tips but it just comes up with downloads and different software. I did find one that displayed all my lost photos but because it was only a free trial I could only get back the first 6! Why should I have to pay to get my photos back? OK, first of all i'm overweight...i am 5'3 and LAZY!!! all day i am either on the computer, texting, playing video games, or watching tv(or just eating) I don't eat alot of carbs, but kinda alot of sweets/sugar. I think about losing weight and want to but i'm just to lazy and get caught up in something else. starting new year i want to take a vow to at least lose 30 pounds through the year, but i don't think i would be able to go through that vow because i just can't do that!! My friends lose weight by hula-hooping. I do that for like 5mins then i get bored and stop. Soon i will be getting a ipod so i can listening to music and hula-hoop. but that doesn't really solve my problem. i need some tips or like a dietary guide on how to lose weight/exercise inside. oh and did i mention that it WAY to cold to go outside right now??? i love the cold but i jst can't go and run with the cold wind hitting my face. Resolved Question: Why does my ipod nano 5th gen keep doing this?

After getting my ipod nano for christmas, I uploaded some songs onto it today and starting listening to it. But now, everytime I tip the ipod to the side, the screen becomes black, the music cuts off, and the little white apple icon pops up. I don't really know what's wrong, but after setting it down for a couple of minutes, it goes back to normal. I am getting a new IPod Touch for Christmas. I have never even owned anything 'Apple' so I may need some help. First I just have a couple questions: 1. From the looks of online videos it doesn't come with a charger. Is this true or am I missing something? 2. I hear it comes with a 'Dock' if im not mistaken. What is that? 3. Do Screen protectors keep you from 'touching' the screen? Like you have to take it off every time you need to 'touch' the screen to get it working. 4. When I was at the store I thought I saw 'Hard Covers' for them. Like a harder tougher screen that goes on over the screen to prevent from the screen from shattering. Are they different from screen protectors? If so do you recommend using them together at the same time? Lastly, what is your favorite protection case. I hear there are ones like 'rebel' and 'flicker'. So, what type and color cases do you recommended most for the best protection (like from you dropping and breaking it) or just look the prettiest to you? Voting Question: Is the iPod Touch worth it? Or should I get an iPod Classic?

I love the idea of having the iPod Touch for the games, but a few of my friends said that they don't work very well. Also, how does the internet work? Is it any good? What are the limits on the internet? I can't decide if I want an iPod Touch or an iPod Classic. The iPod Classic seems like it would be used more to store my computer files more than video and music. Are there games for the Classic? If so, are THOSE any good? I feel like such a noob right now, what do you suggest? I just got an iPod Classic (160 GB) and managed to convert a couple of my WMV to MP4 with PSP 9 and though they show and play in iTunes fine whenever I try syncing them to my iPod it tells me it won't copy them since the "iPod cannot play them." I tried looking for what to do and heard that iPods only take M4V format videos and the person provided a link but none of the video formats match it (it's called "Any Video Converter"). I converted a movie i had to mp4 via Free Studio manager and imported it into itunes. i chose the movie under my ipod and pressed sync, however the sync proceeded without the movie. so the movie was skipped in the sync. I've downloaded installous from cidia like all of the YouTube videos showed me to but it's different from what it is in the videos. It's only very small differences and I think it might just be because the videos are old. When I download or try to they take forever to download, and then once they eventually do, the games don't work! Resolved Question: Weight loss advice, help, tips.?

Alright, I'm a 16 year old female. 134 pounds, 5'4''. I would like to lose about 20 pounds. i've already lost 11. but i really need some advice about the working out part. i've already changed my diet. Fruit vegetables, fish, chicken. And the only things i drink are water, green tea and coffee. Here's what i do for working out: as soon as i get up and am no longer groggy i do 50 regular crunches. [bringing my chest to my knees, and shoulders do not touch ground]. then i lay on my right side, do 25 of those crunches. then switch to left. After i do that bicycle crunch thing counting to 25 everytime my left knee and right elbow come close. After crunches are done i go outside and run around the circle near my house. the thing is i don't do it for very one. i go around once, and it's probably about a half a mile or less and it takes me six minutes. Since i consider that light exercise, i do it every day of the week. All together in a day, i'd say i'd probably be working out about 15 minutes. but i've been trying to do more house chores to burn a few calories too. Will i need to run more? or could i do like, a hip hop abs video for 40 minutes everyday? Do you think what i do now is good for me beginning weight loss? i record all my exercising and food on my ipod touch with the lose it app, helps me keep track. you have to lose fat before you lost muscle right?? more

Okay so i have an iPod. and im finding it increasingly difficult to keep up with new music. The way i get any new music is if i stumble across it on T.V. or thru friends. before i had my iPod i listened to the radio constantly and thru all the crappy songs i would find one that i actually liked, but now i have an iPod and its seriously all i listen to. MTV is obsolete, i dnt watch that much T.V. to see any new videos, and a radio is out of the question...lol why listen to it when its 90% crappy annoying songs i hate when i can listen to my iPod which only has songs i love. lol So please give me some tips to stay updated. I had my Ipod touch on my night stand in bed along with a cup of water, well I usually put the touch in my drawer but for some reason tonight I didn't. And low and behold...the cup of water tipped and spilled right on the i pod. It starts up by it's self and is clicking and freaking out. Turn it off let it rest for a bit. Turn in back on, backlight isn't working and I can't open any thing on the screen. I click settings and video opens or something other than the thing I touched. It wasn't a lot of water..so I'm hoping that it will dry out. Has anyone else experienced this and had it be fine afterwards? more

I think my iPod might be broken! I have a 30GB video iPod that I've had for three years, and I left it in my car for like a month with a dead battery. Hi Okay I got some water under the screen of my ipod touch. I read and it sounded like the best thing to do was to put the ipod in rice. i did this and luckily it started to work again. it works fine but the problem is that there is still water under the screen which make watching videos and looking at pictures blurry. I have had the ipod in rice for two days and like I said it got the ipod working but it doesn't seem to be taking out all the water under the screen. Do you have any other tips/advice how to get the extra water out from under the screen? or should I continue to keep it in the rice? I need to transfer songs from my iPod to iTunes because the hard drive on the computer I usually keep the songs on is pretty much on it's last legs. I've searched many YouTube videos and got really helpful tips, but the problem is that when I plug in my iPod, I my computer won't detect it on My Computer. It just won't! It shows up on the iTunes I installed, but it won't show up on My Computer. I need an easy way to do this and I don't want to download a program that costs money or is bad for my computer. Tips? Okay so I have recently gotten an iPod touch and I haven't' really had the time to put music onto it but today, I gathered my songs that I have downloaded from limewire over time and then I saved it to a different folder. Okay, now this is where the problem comes in; I have transferred all of my songs to the iTunes library, but when I sync it, the songs do not transfer to the iPod itself. I really need some help on this. I know it is not the formatting of the songs because they are all mp3. And the same issue applies with videos I have converted. They are all in mp4 format, but they do not sync to my ipod. Can someone please please help me with this? I would greatly appreciate it. Before I made a seperate file of all the songs, I had dragged all of the songs into the itunes and then synced it. what is odd is that, when it first showed me that it was done syncing, the sogns showed up on my ipod, but as soon as I disconnected it, all the songs disappeared. Ok it all started when I wanted to add one stupid little song on my 30 gig Ipod video. I plugged the ipod into the computer because I get all of my music from limewire and get it on my ipod through itunes. Well I already had over a thousand damn songs on there all VERY TIME CONSUMING and it said "the ipod plugged in is corrupted and you need to restore it" So I was like no fucking way am i going to delete all the music me and my boyfriend put on here...then it started to bug me bacuse i'd eventually want to put more on. So STUPIDLY I restored my ipod. Then I plug it back into the computer and redoe all the stuff blah blah blah then I open Limewire to start to get my music. I downloaded alot of stuff and made a music folder to transfer it all too. Because then I transfered the music from the folder straight to itunes. Well it won't put the music on there. It doesnt come up with the little swirly thing that tells you it's putting the music on there. So just barely I tried to restore it again and all of that. It still does the SAME SHIT! I NEED HELP! I dont have a warranty either I bought this pod off of someone so dont say to send it back. PLEASE HELP ME! like tips on other ways to get music on here.
