Open Question: Cartoon short from the 90's featuring a rabbid dog?

This is killing me, but in the late 90's early 00's I remember seeing on tv a cartoon (pretty sure it was a short) with a brown dog in a pet store, and he would hold out his arms and smile while foaming at the mouth, anybody who looked at him would run away. It wasn't from Dexter's Laboratory or Sheep in the Big City but I'm sure it was either on Cartoon Network or Nickelodeon considering childrens cartoons were a little crude then. When I was a kid I LOVED Sailor Moon, I used to watch it on Cartoon Network, I have several of the videos, like the first where she discovers who she is from Luna. I also had some toys, comics, etc and the newer videos from Pioneer entertainment. Hearts in Ice I believe one was called. My Questions are: Are the comics carried in any bookstore to date? the one I got mine from quit selling them and I've never seen them in the comic section in any bookstore since. How about music (if you call that crap music). Music is so pathetic. The 90's put us in a musical stone age. Overblown crap bands like Nirvana made it trendy for music to sound like crap. Today musicians have no standard. Music is oversimplified and lazy, there's no improvisation. Kids have no idea what they're doing. Music isn't being taught in schools anymore. And then you've got plastic fake bands like the Jonas Brothers taking the 70's and 80's and turning it into supreme faggetry on the Disney Channel. And then you’ve got the glamour rap on MTV with a bunch of inarticulate losers singing about jewelry and driving around in trendy oversized SUVs built to look like crap and burn gas. Madness. The 80's was the first decade where imagination met technology. The pinnacle of human civilization. A perfect marriage between the two. There's nothing like it. Men could finally make their visions come to life on the big screen. They had technology but the talent was already there. Clearly this didn't last very long as it's only in human nature for people to get greedy. The 2000's show us what happens when you have unlimited technology with no imagination. Movies are horrible to the point where they have to keep raking up ticket prices to make profit. Today most people would rather stay at home and watch old movies like Die Hard on Blu-ray than waste 30 bucks watching a forgettable piece of crap. TV's no better. Today the lowest common denominator of crap controls everything. Music Television doesn't play music, it plays trendy soap operas for teenage girls. Kid's networks are garbage. Gone are the legendary cartoons and game shows of the 90's which have been replaced with 3-dimensional computer animated crap. Primetime has turned into inarticulate trendy high school drama and trendy vampire movies. The real primetime starts at 11:00 with Adult Swim and reruns of Seinfeld, South Park, and Family Guy. Whimmin have transformed the news into celebrity gossip. I have no opinion on American Idol or the rest of that shit because I’ve never watched it and I never plan to. Law & Order is still the best show on television, it sure aint’ what it used to be, but everything else is crap so it’s no contest. Jack McCoy is God. Video Games are the only media that hasn’t taken the plunge but nothing beats the Golden Age. In the 2000’s first world communism is becoming a reality, they call it socialism. People want the government to control every aspect of their lives. To wipe their noses and put them to sleep at night. To decide what is good for them and what isn’t. To decide what is right and wrong. To decide how they live their lives. I think it’s time that people realized that Rome wasn’t built in one day. I think it’s time that people realized it’s not what their Blackberry can do, that’s a fucking phone. The real question is. What can you do? To the crowd over 30 When I was a kid, adults used to bore me to tears with their tedious diatribes about how hard things were when they were growing up; what with walking twenty-five miles to school every morning ... uphill BOTH ways yadda, yadda, yadda... And I remember promising myself that when I grew up, there was no way in hell I was going to lay a bunch of crap like that on kids about how hard I had it and how easy they've got it! But now that... I'm over the ripe old age of thirty, I can't help but look around and notice the youth of today. You've got it so easy! I mean, compared to my childhood, you live in a damn Utopia! And I hate to say it but you kids today you don't know how good you've got it! I mean, when I was a kid we didn't have The Internet . If we wanted to know something, we had to use the 12 year old set of encyclopedias we had at home or we had to go to the damn library and look it up ourselves, in the card catalog!! There was no email!! We had to actually write somebody a letter....with a pen! We didn't have any of the fancy self stick stamps either, we had to lick them with our tongues and place them on the envelope. Then you had to walk all the way across the street and put it in the mailbox and it would take like a week to get there! There were no MP3's or Napsters! You wanted to steal music, you had to hitchhike to the damn record store and shoplift it yourself! Or you had to wait around all day to tape it off the radio and the DJ's usually talked over the beginning and @#*% it all up! We didn't have fancy crap like Call Waiting! If you were on the phone and somebody else called they got a busy signal, that's it! And we didn't have fancy Caller ID Boxes either! When the phone rang, you had no idea who it was! It could be your school, your mom, your boss, your bookie, your drug dealer, a collections agent, you just didn't know!!! You had to pick it up and take your chances, mister! We didn't have any fancy Sony Playstation video games with high-resolution 3-D graphics! We had the Atari 2600! With games like "Pong" , 'Space Invaders' and 'Asteroids'. Your guy was a little square! You actually had to use your imagination!! And there were no multiple levels or screens, it was just one screen forever! And you could never win. The game just kept getting harder and harder and faster and faster until you died! Just like LIFE! When you went to the movie theater there no such thing as stadium seating! All the seats were the same height! If a tall guy or some old broad with a hat sat in front of you and you couldn't see, you were just screwed! Sure, we had cable television, but back then that was only like 15 channels and there was no on screen menu and no remote control! You had to use a little book called a TV Guide to find out what was on! You were screwed when it came to channel surfing! You had to get off your ass and walk over to the TV to change the channel and there was no Cartoon Network either! You could only get cartoons on Saturday Morning. Do you hear what I'm saying!?! We had to wait ALL WEEK for cartoons, you spoiled little rat-bastards! And we didn't have microwaves, if we wanted to heat something up we had to use the stove or go build a frigging fire .. imagine that! If we wanted popcorn, we had to use that stupid Jiffy Pop thing and shake it over the stove forever like an idiot. That's exactly what I'm talking about! You kids today have got it too easy. Resolved Question: I am looking for 'THE WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ' 1987 anime cartoon by L. Frank Baum. Does anyone have it?

I was wondering if anyone knows where I can find the old cartoon tv show "THE WONDERFUL WIZARD OF OZ" online? You can purchase the dvd/s through Amazon but apparently it's not the whole series. I think it might have been broken down into a movie or something. Anyway, I was hoping there might be a website that has it. I also know you can download it through some bittorent sites but they aren't dubbed in English yet and I cannot speak a word of Japanese. You can get parts, or atleast the introduction, on youtube, but I was after the actual episodes. I'm pretty sure from what I've been reading online that there may have been more than one series by the same title. I am after the one 1987 version that was based on some books by L. Frank Baum, and it originally ran on the Japanese Network tv (or so it says on tv.com). It consisted of about 52 episodes. It says that in 1987, HBO purchased the rights to the series and dubbed it into English, but I am only able to find the Japanese version so far. If anyone has any info on it, I would be enormously grateful. I loved this series as a kid (The movie with Judy Garland is also one of my all time favourites too. I had it on video as a kid but wore it out from rewinding it and watching it like 10 times a day, lol. I now have it on dvd.) Voting Question: Can't find cartoon short aired on Cartoon Network years ago. It featured several racers and pink won. Help?

This was a cartoon short that aired several years ago. We're pretty sure that it aired on Cartoon Network, but all we can remember was that it was kind of like a music video short about several color themed cars that were racing through a canyon and did interesting tricks to get ahead of each other. We know that the pink racer won and that at one point she drove on the ceiling of a tunnel. I'm also pretty sure that she was the only female racer. I think that it was aired around the same time Wacky Races was on tv, but I'm fairly ceritan it's not the same thing. It was not a series but a short video that had no dialogue, though was almost certainly inspired by Wacky Races but, like I said, not the same thing. I already tried Speed Racer, and I know that that's not it. I remember seeing the short video in question first, and then seeing an episode of Wacky Races later and thinking "geez, the pink racer in the short video sure seems a lot cooler and smarter than the Wacky Races pink girl. This Wacky Racer girl just looks like your typical token only-girl-in-the-show-just-so-that-it-wont-be-an-entirely-sexist-show-but-she's-still-completely-a-barbie-character character." My mom told him that what was wrong that why would he act like that if his dad wasn't doing anything to him. But then he confessed that he was molested when he was young at age 5 by his own dad and that's why he hated him so bad and never said anything cuz he was afraid that his family wouldn't believe him. But my little brother still has a mentality of a 5 year old and well she asked my dad if it was true and he denied it and said he might drink and get mad but that he would never do that to one of his children. I think that 3 of these shows went downhill severly. Nickelodeon Nickelodeon used to the best in 90's through the early 00's. I remember good quality shows like Angry Beaver, the Rugrats, Doug, Hey Arnold As Told By Ginger, Ren & Stimpy, Aww Real Monster, the old Spongebob, and they are also good live action like the Amanda Show, Drake & Josh, Kenan & Kel, Clarissa Explains it all, Pete & Pete, Are You Afraid of the Dark, the First half of All That, Brothers Garcia, Taina, and Cousin Skeeter. Now Nickelodeon is spiraling downhill, the only thing that is decent is Spongebob, the Avatar, the Fairly odd parents and Nick at Night. The new Nickelodeon has no originality, all these shows like Unfabulous and Zoey 101 are stupid, I mean it's so extra glamourized, all these girls wear loads of makeup, date, make out, they're not really being kids. All those new cartoon on Nick is retarded like Madagascar and Mighty Bee, don't get me started on Icarly, and that new show called Tru Jackson VP. It's sad to see Nickelodeon declining real badly. Disney Channel Disney suffers the same fate as Nickelodeon but worse. I remember Disney at it's best, I remember good quality shows like So Weird, Famous Jett Jackson, the Proud Family, Kim Possible, Lizzie Mcguire, Even Steven, That's So Raven, Phil of the Future and Suit Life of Zack & Cody. I used to like the first season of Hannah Montana then the later show got annoying and repetitive. Overall Hannah Montana is a stupid show, the Suite life on Deck is annoying too, so is Cory in the House, That wizard show, and even the Jonas Brothers have their own show, they suck at singing. it's funny how every disney stars "sings" but they can't, Disney is like a warm up for the people to become famous in their adult life. Their cartoon sucks too. Disney have to stoop so low, I feel bad that they ruined Walt Disney's dream, and his image so there greedy corporation can make a quick buck. The only show that I can tolerate right now is Phineas and Ferb. Cartoon Cartoon Network is in decline to. I want a site that has ALL DBZ episodes lined up and ready to be watched. NOT ENGLISH DUBBED OR JAPANESE. Remember how DBZ used to be on Cartoon Network? That's how I want the videos. Let this be a site that you yourself have visited and would strongly recommend to a (fellow) DBZ fan. My siblings and I have searched so long! Please help us! P.S, Not www.watch-dragon-ball.com or anything like that. Been there, done that, didn't work out. Dragonball GT, Dragonball and, Dragonball Kai would be cool if included. However, for now I want DBZ.
